Do you have a mood or mental health disorder?

This peer adult (18+ only) support group shares coping skills, knowledge, and individual life experiences to help make living with mood disorders or mental illness a little easier in a confidential, peer-supported environment. "Peer" means we are "by patients for patients" — no professionals are ever involved except as fellow members. "Peer" also means we've been there too and can understand like no others can. We have been going strong for over ten years now.

Time:

6:30 - 8:30 PM

Day:

Every Tuesday

Place:

Board Room, Administration Building
Exempla West Pines
3400 Lutheran Parkway
Wheat Ridge, Colorado

(See "Map" link above for directions.)

**While West Pines is kind enough to provide space for us to hold our meetings, we have no professional affiliation with them. If you have a question for West Pines staff, please contact them at 303-467-4080 or 1-800-779-2701.**

There is no charge — the group sessions are free.

Please feel free to browse our website for both more information about the group and a variety of helpful mental health resources. Alternately, you can click on "Contact Us" above or in the left sidebar to e-mail us (put "Denver West Support Group" in the subject line to differentiate it from spam).

If you have an emergency, call 911.

Otherwise, you can click on our "Hotlines" link above to find a 24 hour crisis line.
